Orders & Delivery
How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Cairo and Alexandria is within 2 days. Express delivery is available in Cairo within 24 hours of placing your order. Other governorates may take a little longer.
Who delivers my order?
We ship our orders through Bosta or via our in-house couriers.
Can I inspect my order before paying?
Yes. You can check your items on arrival while the courier waits. If a product isn't right for you, simply hand it back to the courier (delivery fees apply).
Refund & Exchange
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 7-day refund. Items must be unworn and in original condition with their packaging. Delivery charges apply.
What is your exchange policy?
We offer a 14-day exchange period. Items must be unworn and in original condition with their packaging. Delivery charges apply.
Can I return an item with the courier?
Yes. You can check your items while the courier waits and, if something isn't suitable, pay the shipping fees and return it with him. Exchanges and refunds after the courier leaves are also available but involve an additional shipping fee.
I'd like to try a few options — can you help?
Of course. If you're ordering multiple items to choose between, please let us know so we can send them via an in-house courier — they're more flexible, as Bosta does not allow partial delivery.

How do I find my size?
Refer to the size guide on each product page for measurements and fit notes.
Do the products run true to size?
Most styles fit true to size. Any specific fit guidance is noted in the product description.
Product Care
How should I care for my items?
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle or hand wash, do not tumble dry, and iron on low heat. Beaded, sequinned and embroidered pieces are dry clean only. Full care details are on each product page.
