Refund & Exchange

To ensure you are happy with you order, you can check the items on delivery.

All items can be checked on arrival while the courier waits. If the product is not right for you, simply give it back to the courier, along with the delivery fees.

We offer a 7-day refund, and 14-day exchange period. Delivery charges apply.

Items must be unworn and in original condition with packaging.

For exchange, we require photos in order to ensure the item is in its original condition.

For refund, we will send a courier to pick up the product and bring it to our warehouse to check that it is unworn and in original condition. We will then refund via card or instapay, depending on how you paid.

Scarves, perfumes, body scrubs, body oils, and body butters are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
