How do I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an invoice, detailing what you have bought.

If you have not received an email from us, please check your junk or spam folder and add us to your safe list.

 

What payment options are accepted?

Cairo: You can pay in cash or in card on delivery, meaning the courier will bring the card machine with him/her.

All other governorates: Cash payment only.

 

Where do you delivery to?

We deliver all over Egypt.

 

Refunds and Returns

We offer a 7-day refund, and 14-day exchange period. Delivery charges apply.

Items must be unworn and in original condition with packaging.

Scarves, perfumes, body scrubs, body oils, and body butters are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

Items bought on sale are exchangeable, but non-refundable.

 

Checking items while courier waits

You can check all your items while the shipping agent is present, prior to paying. If you choose to return the products, you simply pay the delivery fees, and give the items back in their packaging to the agent. This is automatically available on all orders in Cairo and Giza, and is available upon request for other cities. To request so, contact us via email, social media, or whatsapp. This is to ensure we send the appropriate courier for this service.

 

An Item I want is out of stock

Our beautiful products are in high demand, but we try to restock Cielito favourites regularly. If an item you want is out of stock, please press the “Notify me when restocked” icon, and we will send you an email when your size, and desired colour are back in our warehouse.
